I decided I must make time to write a letter of thanks for the work done by your company for us at Random Hills Road.  I know that the first meeting was a bit bumpy - especially when you heard the actual scheduled move-in date for the first time! Nevertheless, you and your group went about the project professionally and with the intent to accomplish the client's desired date.
Your superintendent, deserves tremendous credit for accomplishing everything in such a short period of time.  I have worked many projects - from small office make-over to complete buildings, and I have never seen more trades in one confined space, at the same time, as I did on this project!  Furthermore, they were all cooperating.  Your Superintendent sets a tone of respect he for his workers and the client, and obviously his workers return the respect with effort and cooperation. You should be very proud of your team.
We are now entertaining the installation of a secured lab space at this location and will definitely be looking to Partners Contracting for assistance!

Everyone in Fairfax Neonatal Associates (FNA), but in particular the Pediatric Lung Center and FNA's business subsidiary, Management Consultants for Affiliated Physicians (MCAP), would like to express their appreciation for the impressive construction of our vision for the pediatric subspecialty medical practice and business offices.

The project, the total renovation of 24,150 sf of space unoccupied for over two years, was completed on time and on budget.  The one exception was due to extreme weather conditions and you found a way to minimize its impact to our satisfaction.  The weekly meetings were educational, gave us opportunity for input and insured that there were no surprises.  Your management team pre-empted potential problems and advised us of real issues as they occurred.  We were included in significant course corrections, keeping the project on schedule.

The project's supervision was superior in its attention to detail.  The skill level of the various crews was excellent.  Your team worked with enthusiasm, even when using out-of-the-mainstream materials to meet our demands for the special needs of our pediatric pulmonary patients.
The scope of our project included everything from installing five new HVAC units on the roof to installing veritas panels with less than a quarter of an inch. Your follow up after we moved in was exceptional.

We expect to use Partners on our next building, three years from now, which will be significantly larger.
