Your project will be assigned to one of our experienced project managers that will guide you through the entire design – build process. Our project manager will work with you to define your requirements and establish a budget, assist you in working with the architect to design your space, and then execute those plans to create the environment you envisioned. Interior Build outs Many of our clients come to us with plans in hand. Our project managers work with you and your architect to create your space. We are experts at interior finishes. Please view our gallery to see photographs of completed projects. Renovation of Occupied Offices: Over the years we have become experts at renovating occupied office spaces. Our project managers work with you to phase the construction in a way to minimize disruption to daily activities. If required, tasks can be scheduled for after hours and on weekends to further minimize impact. Unit Cost We work with clients who have ongoing renovation requirements to establish a fixed unit cost for required services on an annual basis. This service is typically requested by building owners or occupants that have a continuing requirement for modifying spaces. Unit cost contracts typically allow work to begin faster since the “bid process” has been carried out in advance.
