Peter Viscardi
President
Mr. Viscardi is the founder and president of Partner’s Contracting, Inc. and holds a BFA Degree from the Corcoran School of Art and Design. Peter is a master craftsmen in his field bringing to the table quality and expertise on projects ranging from residential redesign to bridge construction to base building. His early years in the construction industry laid the cornerstone for Partner’s Contracting, which has been a leading commercial construction company for over 20 years.
His commitment to both his employees and clients to produce the finest product has been rewarded with continuous growth for his company and has on numerous occasions far exceeded customer's expectations.
Lisa Castorina
Senior Project Manager
Ms. Castorina brings over 20 years experience in the commercial tenant construction industry and over 2 million square feet of construction experience in tenant improvements to Partner's Contracting. She has a vast and diversified background that includes a variety of SCIF projects, high-end tenant improvements, fast-track work and design build.
While being a team player, her knowledge, decisive problem solving and "get it done now" attitude are the qualities that hve clients and architects returning to her for their next projects.
Kali Varas
Estimator /Project Manager
Mr. Varas has been with Partner’s Contracting for over 18 years. During his tenure, he has successfully led the build out of several commercial office spaces, retail spaces and medical suites. Mr. Varas uses his skill as a master carpenter in residential and commercial construction to provide the leadership to the entire team of sub-contractors. His management results in a timely delivery of high quality deliverables.
