Fairfax Neonatal, Fairfax, VA Fairfax Neonatal was a 25,000 square foot office and medical facility build out. The scope of work required a complete demolition of all systems including HVAC and electrical. The completed facility included offices for the doctors, installation of systems furniture workstations, exam rooms, locker rooms for the staff, kitchens, and conference rooms. Custom millwork was designed for the reception area and nurse's stations. This was completed in 90 challenging days over the holiday season.
